When you choose us as your clothing manufacturer, any payments made for consulting meetings will be credited towards your first manufacturing order.

How should I prepare for the meeting?

We recommend having all of your manufacturing questions written out before the meeting to get the most out of your time, especially if you’re a new designer or start-up. Common talking points to consider: fabric type/weight/trims, manufacturing costs, treatments/finishings, production timeline, shipping and logistics, domestic vs. overseas, challenges to consider, regulations and compliance requirements, specialized requests, and quality control.

How does the consulting meeting work?

Fill out all of the prerequisite questions while booking. After scheduling the booking, it will provide you with a direct number to call Teddy. At the time of the scheduled meeting, please call the number listed. If you choose the in-person option, please be on-time at 270 W 39th St #1701 New York, NY 10018.

Do you offer refunds?

A minimum notice of 12 hours is required for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide this notice may result in applicable charges or fees. Refunds: No refunds will be issued once the meeting has been completed. Please ensure that you are committed to attending the scheduled appointment. We appreciate your understanding and compliance with these payment terms. If the consultation is canceled before the meeting, you will be refunded the $300.00 via PayPal.
